BMC Atrium Orchestrator Platform 7.9

This space contains information about the BMC Atrium Orchestrator 7.9 Platform release.

The BMC Atrium Orchestrator product is an IT-process-automation platform that enables you to implement run book automation and use Operator Control Panel (OCP) a web-based interface, that enables operators, such as service desk personnel, network operators, and IT technicians, to run workflows in a semi-automated mode in your IT environment.

BAO is part of the BMC Atrium brand of products and the following suites:

  • BladeLogic Automation Suite
  • Remedy IT Service Management Suite
  • TrueSight Operations Management (previously called BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management Suite)
  • BMC Application Management Suite

Where do I find information that was previously published as a flash bulletin?

Flashes contained urgent information about product issues and are delivered after a product is released. On docs.bmc.com, this information is delivered in an "Urgent issues" topic, under Release-notes-and-notices. If this topic does not exist for a given product release, no urgent issues have been discovered for that release.

I’d like a PDF of just selected information. How can I get that?

Depending on the number of topics included in the export, it might take several minutes to create the PDF. Once the export is complete, you can download the PDF.
