What’s your role
After installing the above list of products, and before installing the BMC Service Desk Automation solution run book, you must create a user account in BMC Remedy ITSM that is used specifically by BMC Atrium Orchestrator. The user account requires privileges to perform the following tasks:
- Create business services and navigational categories
- Create service request definitions in BMC Service Request Management
- Install and configure BMC Atrium Orchestrator workflows
