Message: Error message is displayed when registering the "FormatMessageCtl.dll" on the Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 64 Bit Operating System, under the location "C:\WINDOWS\system32\smsmsgs\"

Explanation: You are registering the DLL in an incorrect directory.

User Response: Register the DLL by placing it in a folder different from the one mentioned in the error message.
