Managing service model component relationships

After you have created the component instances that participate in a service model relationship, you can define their relationships.

For each component instance for which you are creating relationships, you must know:

  • Whether it is a consumer or a provider for the related component
  • Its relationship state value (active or inactive)
  • Its status propagation model value (relationship policy)

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
