Indexing issue

BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management upgrade fails due to the indexing issues and the following error message appears:

Unexpected error while indexing

Solution

To resolve the issue, follow the steps listed in the Synchronize index section.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
