IBM Bluemix Infrastructure provider issue

This topic discuss an installation issue regarding the IBM Bluemix Infrastructure (formerly IBM SoftLayer) provider.

If you install IBM Bluemix Infrastructure on your BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management environment and then you later install Azure or Openstack in that environment, you might encounter errors while searching for a logical data center (LDC) from the Resource Management workspace.

To avoid this issue, re-install IBM Bluemix Infrastructure (after you install the Openstack and/or Azure provider on top of IBM Bluemix Infrastructure) and clear the mid tier and browser cache.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
