Running syncall to synchronize the index for specific classes

This topic discusses the syncall REST call, but you can also use the BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management Administration Console to synchronize. See the "General option descriptions" section on Configuration-workspace-overview.

The following BMC Communities video (2:35) discusses how to use syncall to synchronize indexing for the following classes:

  • ResourceSetIndex
  • ServerIndex
  • DatabaseIndex
  • UserIndex
