SimpleNotificationTrigger class
SimpleNotificationTrigger represents the concrete version of a SimpleTrigger. This class aggregates the thresholds created for a Rule with a single logical operator (AND or OR). SimpleNotificationTrigger is associated with a rule that has an associated notification action. The trigger is deemed breached when one/all threshold(s) are breached and the logical operator is OR/AND.
