Giving end users more control over services
From the Configuration workspace, cloud administrators can allow end users to transfer ownership of a service and request a service on behalf of another user. However, end users can then transfer ownership of the service or request a service on behalf of another user from the End User Portal or My Cloud Services console only.
To allow end users to transfer ownership of a service
- From the Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu and select Configuration.
- On the Console Preferences tab.
- Under End User Console Configuration, select Enable next to Transfer of Ownership (Within Tenant).
- To allow end users to transfer ownership outside of the tenant they belong to, select Allow Across All Tenants.
- Click Save.
After you save the settings, users can transfer ownership in the My Cloud Services console as outlined in Requesting-cloud-services and Managing-the-team-for-a-service.

To allow end users to request a service on behalf of another user
- From the Administration Console, click the vertical Workspaces menu and select Configuration.

- To allow end users to request on behalf of users outside of the tenant they belong to, select Allow Across All Tenants.
