Disabling BMC Service Request Management cart functionality


Although BMC Service Request Management cart functionality is enabled when that product is installed, BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management does not support this cart functionality.

To disable BMC Service Request Management cart functionality

  1. Log on to BMC Remedy AR System Mid-Tier with administrator privileges.
  2. From the Application Administration Console, select Custom Configuration > Service Request Management > Preferences.
  3. On the Preferences form, change the Preference for Cart at Landing option from Show to Hide.
  4. Save the form.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
