  • For the OpenStack Provider, you can share a service only with a user belonging to the same tenant. 
  • If you are using the new My Cloud Services console introduced in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management version 4.5, see Managing the team for a service for details of sharing the service.

This topic describes how to transfer ownership of a cloud service.

Notes:

  • For the OpenStack Provider, you can transfer ownership to users of a different tenant only if both the source and target user tenants are mapped to same Logical Data Center.
  • If you are using the new My Cloud Services console introduced in BMC Cloud Lifecycle Management version 4.5, see Managing the team for a service for details of transferring ownership of a service offering instance.
