Export function does not work in some browsers

If you are using a Safari browser on iOS 9.x, iOS 10.x, or Mac OS (El Capitan and Sierra) to access the TrueSight console, the Export option does not work in the Deployment and Summary, Export Solutions by Agent, Events, and Licence Usage pages.

Workaround

Use the Firefox browser.
