Uninstalling TrueSight Cloud Cost Control

You can uninstall TrueSight Cloud Cost Control by using the TrueSight Capacity Optimization console.

The functionality to uninstall TrueSight Cloud Cost Control is available in TrueSight Capacity Optimization version 11.3.01.001.C00012 or later.

To uninstall TrueSight Cloud Cost Control:

  1. In the TrueSight Capacity Optimization console, select Administration > System > Maintenance.
    The Maintenance page is displayed. The Additional Packages table lists the available packages.
  2. For Cloud Cost Control, click the uninstall.PNGUninstall icon.

  3. On the Uninstall: Cloud Cost Control page, review your selection, and click Uninstall.

    The message showing the uninstall status is displayed. You can click Refresh to know the latest status.  
  4. To verify the uninstallation, ensure that the Status column for Cloud Cost Control displays Uninstalled.

After you uninstall TrueSight Cloud Cost Control, the following ETLs are unscheduled. When you try to run or schedule these ETLs, an error is displayed.

  • Amazon Web Services - Cost and Usage Extractor
  • Microsoft Azure - Cost and Usage Extractor
  • Google Cloud Platform - Billing and Usage Extractor
