Before you begin

Prior to installing Track-It!, there are a few important things you should be aware of first:

1. Prior to installing Track-It! we highly recommend that you review the free online training.  Each concept is broken out into its own small video so it can easily fit into your existing schedule.   You can find all the training here:  Training videos.
2. Track-It! 2018 is a new platform for Track-It! and we are still building out some of the edge components. If you are planning to migrate from an earlier version of Track-It! you must first review the details on which components have been delivered and what is remaining at the link below.

3. Moving to Track-It! 2018 is a migration as opposed to an upgrade.  We have a lot of great information (and videos) on how to do this as well as automated tools to bring your data over.   That said, it is critical you review this information prior to starting the installation:

4. Track-It! licenses and software can be downloaded from http://license.bmc.com. Instructions for this process are here - https://communities.bmc.com/docs/DOC-40714
