Creating a log archive


The following steps describe how to gather logs when a service is running.

  1. Make sure you are logged in as a Product Administrator user.
  2. Open the following URL (replace "<hostname>" with the correct TSMA server hostname): https://<hostname>:8443/bmmadmin/admin/supportarchive
  3. You will then be prompted to save a file that can be sent to Support.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
