Verifying the tenant configuration

After enabling the allow.tenant.admin parameter in the web.xml file, the tenant administrator can set the parameters for configuring SAML for authentication and for customizing the logon page. To verify these parameters, the BMC Remedy administrator can view the tenant configuration by clicking the Tenant Console button on the Realm Editor. The BMC Remedy administrator can overwrite changes that the tenant administrator has made in the BMC Atrium SSO Tenant Console.

To verify the tenant configuration

  1. In the BMC Atrium SSO Admin Console, from the Realms panel, select the realm that you want to verify, and click Edit.
  2. At the top-right of the console, click Tenant Console.
  3. Verify the changes made by the tenant administrators on the SAML Console tab and the Branding tab.
If you want to overwrite the parameter values, you can also modify the existing parameters on both tabs and save the changes.
  4. Update the parameters on both tabs.
  5. Click Save to save the changes or Revert to saved to reset the values to the last saved configuration.
