Troubleshooting FIPS-140 conversion

If the conversion process fails:

  1. From the BMC Atrium Single Sign-On administrator console, restore FIPS mode back to normal mode. For more information about restoring normal mode, see Converting from FIPS-140 to normal mode.
  2. Save the configuration change.
  3. Address the cause of the failure.
    If any errors occurred during the conversion, they are posted after the initial BMCSSG1599I message.
  4. Retry the FIPS-140 conversion after resolving the cause of the previous attempts failure.
