Viewing the history of imports and exports

View the historical records of your imports and exports by using the History View window of the Import Export console.

To view the history of imports and exports

  1. From the IT Home page, open Service Request Management > Import Export Console.
  2. From the left navigation pane, click History.
  3. In the Operation field, select Export or Import as the operation to view.
  4. (Exports only) In the Type field, select SRDPDT, or Supporting Data as the type of data to view.
    Information about the individual objects included in the import or export is shown in the Details pane.

  5. Click Search after you have specified your search criteria (for example, SRD as the Type of data and Export as the Operation).
    The history data appears in the search results table and you can download a file that you want to import.
