Business Manager console

Use the Business Manager console to monitor requests to make sure your organization meets its identified goals. You can also add work information to request, such as notes on completed tasks.

You must have Business Manager permission to access the Business Manager console.


Use the Search Criteria area to either search for all service requests for the selected company or apply filters to search for specific service requests.

Select a service request in the search result to view its details in the Service Request Summary pane. You can also add information or cancel the request.

From the Chart drop-down list, select either open or the late requests. You can also apply the search criteria to the charts. Click the charts to see the requests in a particular status.
