Default typeahead and chunk size values in the Progressive Web App screens


The typeahead and chunk size values in the Progressive Web App ticket screens differ from the Smart IT ticket screens.

Typeahead indicates how many characters a service desk agent must enter before Smart IT starts searching for information. Chunk size refers to the number of values that are displayed in fields such as CustomerContact, or Site. In Smart IT, these values are set by using the Centralized configuration parameters. 

The following table displays the default typeahead values and chunk sizes for these fields in the Progressive Web App screens for work orders, incidents, people profile, known errors, problem investigations, tasks, assets, and change. To change the default typeahead values and chunk sizes, you must change these values in Developer Studio.
