Adding feedback to Smart IT


After a system administrator installs and configures Smart IT, you can add feedback to the Universal Client (UC) of Smart IT. Your feedback or survey helps BMC to understand your requirements and BMC considers the users' feedback while planning the enhancements for the future releases.  

To add feedback to Smart IT

Follow these steps to add feedback to Smart IT:

  1. Click the drop down icon of your profile.
  2. Click Feedback.
  3. Select language.
  4. Provide your feedback.
  5. Click Submit. Your feedback is submitted to BMC.
