Adding a custom rating

You can add a custom rating of your business requirements to rate knowledge articles.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Create > Objects > Knowledge Feedback.
  2. In the Custom Fields & Relationship section, click Rating.
  3. In the Picklist Values section, click New.
  4. Enter the required value, and click Save.
