BMC Remedyforce 20.16.01.057.019 (Summer 16 Patch 1.1) now supports integration with BMC Client Management OnDemand 12.5.

BMC will automatically push version 20.16.01.057.019 (Summer 16 Patch 1.1) to all sandbox organizations on version 20.16.01.057.015 (Summer 16 Patch 1) and its hotfixes and to all production organizations on versions 20.16.01.057 (Summer 16), 20.16.01.057.015 (Summer 16 Patch 1), and its hotfixes as scheduled on the Release Schedules page.
Note
If you are using profiles or custom permission sets to manage permissions for your users, you have to manually update permissions after your organization is upgraded to the latest version of BMC Remedyforce. You must perform these procedures for both self-upgrade and automatic upgrade. If you are upgrading from a few releases prior to the latest release, you must update permissions for each interim release.
