Unlocking Remedyforce Value Adoption badges


Your organization can achieve badges in Remedyforce Value Adoption on gaining certain points for areas under which the scoring is calibrated.. There are two predefined badges for each area. The first badge for any area can be unlocked by scoring greater than 50% and the second badge can be unlocked by scoring greater than 90%. Note that if there are multiple administrators, all of them see the same set of scores in each area and they see the same set of badges.

Once a badge is unlocked by scoring the required points, administrators can share this badge on the following social sites to celebrate the achievement and share best practices with others:

  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook

The Console Readiness Proficient badge is awarded to  recognize  proficiency in configuring Remedyforce Console. It signifies that a score greater than 50% has been achieved in leveraging product capabilities such as Activity Feed,  SmartViews , List View Customization, Smart Suggestions, Customized Layouts, and Console Dashboard.

The Console Readiness Expert badge is awarded to recognize expertise in configuring Remedyforce  Console. It signifies that a score greater than 90% has  been achieved in leveraging product capabilities such as Activity Feed,  SmartViews, List View Customization, Smart Suggestions, Customized Layouts, and Console Dashboard.

It signifies that a score greater than 90% has been achieved in leveraging product capabilities such as creating enough knowledge articles, publishing knowledge articles to Self Service, and creating different types of knowledge articles.    

To share a badge on a social site

  1. Click the unlocked badge that you want to share.
  2. Click the icon of the social media where you want to share the badge.
  3. Enter the credentials for the social media site and sign in.
  4. Enter a message or edit the default message based on the options available for that site.
  5. Share the post.
