Managing custom settings
Custom settings that are provided for BMC Remedyforce can be managed by using Remedyforce Settings.
- Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
- On the Home page, click the Application Settings tile, and from the menu select Custom Settings.
- On the Custom Settings page, in the Action column for Remedyforce Settings, click Manage.
- Perform one of the following actions:
- To create a custom setting, click New.
- To edit a custom setting, in the Action column of the required custom setting click Edit.
- Make the required changes, and click Save.
