Responding to change requests
You can track the date and time when you have responded to the initiator by using the Responded feature.
To respond to a change request
- Click the Remedyforce Console tab.
- From the View menu, select Change Requests.
- From the list of change requests, select the change request for which you want to add the responded action.
- From the Actions menu, select Responded.
The Responded Date field is filled with the system date and time when you click Responded.
