When a staff member resolves a request that you have created for an issue, the staff member enters the solution in the Solution field. If the solution resolves the issue to your satisfaction, you can close the request.
To close a request
- On the Self Service Home page, click the View Tickets and Requests tile.
- Double-click the request that you want to close.
- Click Close.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.
The request is marked as completed.
You can close a request only if your system administrator has enabled this option for Self Service users.
