Upgrading

BMC will automatically push version 20.15.02.029.006 (Spring 15 Emergency Patch 2) to all sandbox and production organizations on version 20.15.02.029 (Spring 15). 

Note

You can self-upgrade organizations that are on version 20.15.01 or earlier by manually installing the BMC Remedyforce managed package that is available on Salesforce AppExchange. For more information, see Self-upgrading by installing the managed package.
