20.15.01.014.027: Patch 3 for version 20.15.01

This topic contains information about the defect fix in this patch and provides instructions for upgrading to the patch.

Corrected issue

BMC Remedyforce 20.15.01.014.027 (Winter 15 Patch 3) provides a fix for the issue 74077 (Case: 175219). For more information about this issue, see Known and corrected issues.

Upgrading

BMC will automatically push version 20.15.01.014.027 (Winter 15 Patch 3) to the following organizations on the scheduled dates. For more information, see Release-schedules.

  • All production organizations on version 20.15.01.014 (Winter 15), 20.15.01.014.006 (Winter 15 Patch 1), or 20.15.01.014.022 (Winter 15 Patch 2)
  • All production organizations on version 20.14.02, 20.14.01 or 20.13.02 (including their patches)
    You must verify that the upgrade was successful and then perform the appropriate post-upgrade procedures. For more information, see Verifying-the-self-upgrade-or-automatic-upgrade-of-your-organization.

BMC recommends that you refresh your sandbox organizations only after verifying that version 20.15.01.014.027 (Winter 15 Patch 3) has been successfully installed on your production organization. 

Note

If your sandbox or production organization is on version 20.13.01 and its patches or earlier, BMC cannot automatically upgrade your organization. In this case, you must self-upgrade to the latest version according to your own schedule and requirements. For more information, see Self-upgrading-by-installing-the-managed-package.
