BMC provides a ready-to-use IT content pack that includes services to handle IT-related requests. You can use the content pack for your day-to-day IT related queries and requests.

Important
Make sure that you have requested BMC Customer Support to get the content pack and have completed the configurations described in Setting up the IT content pack.
