  • Values for event fields that are not configured will not be available
  • Custom fields can be defined for most data collection methods and might not be listed


Standard properties

PropertyDescription
Event TypeThe type of event. For instance, end-user experience, Remedy, Abnormality, and MVGD Abnormality.
First Seen AtDate and time when the event was seen for the first time.
Last Seen AtDate and time when the event was last seen.
Last Updated AtDate and time when the event was last updated. For instance, a change in Status for a service desk ticket from Open to Closed.
Severity(optional) Severity of the event. For example, info, warning, critical.
Source Name

Host/URL from which you are collecting data. For example, the URL of the application from which you collect EUE data or the host name of the server from which you collect system metrics.

Source Ref

Name of the host/application from which you are collecting data.

Source TypeThe type of source from which you are collecting data. For example, Page/AJAX for EUE or Device/KPI for servers.
Status(optional) Status of the event. For example, open, in progress, closed.
Tags

The app_id used to tag the event.

Abnormality event properties - ts.abnormality

Abnormalities are generated when the values deviate outside the baseline.

Baseline Type

The frequency used to establish the baseline.

Bl High Hourly

The highest value for the baseline for that hour.
Bl High Hourly At CloseThe highest value for the baseline of an event that closed during that hour.
Bl Low HourlyThe lowest value for the baseline for that hour.

Bl Low Hourly At Close

The lowest value for the baseline of an event that closed during that hour.
Bl Mid HourlyThe mid value for the baseline for that hour.

Bl Mid Hourly At Close

The mid value for the baseline of an event that closed during that hour.

Duration

The duration for which the abnormality was open.

Pts Exceed

The number of metric values that are part of an abnormal condition.

Pts Total

The total number of metric values that are used to check for an abnormal condition.
Threshold AboveIndicates if the value is above the baseline high value (true) or below the baseline low value (false).
Threshold Info

Indicates if the value is above the baseline high value (3) or below the baseline low value (4).

Time Thresh CloseTime (epoch) at which the abnormality event was closed.

UIDThe User ID used to access the account.

Value Avg

Average of the metric value.
Value Avg At CloseAverage of the metric value when the abnormality event was closed.

MVGD abnormality event properties - ts.mv_abnormality

The number of events that were violating threshold for which new events were not generated (suppressed) since an open event was present

Time Thresh Close

The time (in epoch time) when the the value became normal
Time Thresh OpenThe time (in epoch time) when the event first violated the threshold
UIDThe user ID of the user

Twitter event properties - twitter.tweet

PropertyDescription

Favourited Count

The number of times the tweet was marked as favorite.

Filter Query

The term(s) used by the filter for querying Twitter.

Integration Name

The name of the App to which the tweets are associated.

Possibly Sensitive

Set to true if the tweet is sensitive.

Retweet Count

The number of time the tweets was retweeted by other users.

Search Handle

The handle of the Twitter account authorized for TrueSight Intelligence.

Tweet Handle

The handle of the Twitter account from where this message was tweeted.

UID

The ID of the tweet. Type twitter.com/anyuser/status/<uid>, where <uid> is the numeric property value to view the tweet on Twitter.

User Follower CountThe number of users following the Twitter account authorized for TrueSight Intelligence.

EUE event properties - eue.measure

Note

Custom field properties for end-user applications typically use prefixes such as cookie or request_header. A prefix is added to the key or JSON path depending on the type of custom field.

Fingerprint Fields

The fingerprint field used to uniquely identify a set of events grouped by event class. For instance, EUE page and ajax events use "eue_id" and MVGD events use "uid".
