User	Behaviour
Admin (for tenant administrators)	Adds administrators and end users to the tenant. Manages users in the tenant; enables and disables access. Adds catalog flows that are available for all users in the tenant.
End user	Has restricted rights; works with BMC Helix Integration Studio to create personal flows and to use available catalog flows.
