Added operating system support

Installation Utility now supports the following operating systems:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2, x86_64, s390x
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.1, x86_64, s390x, PPC64LE 
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8, x86_64

• CentOS 7.7, 8.0
