Installation will not proceed past the specify installation directory page
When you specify the product installation directory that you want to install to and click Next to proceed to the Select Products and Components to Install page, the installation utility displays the following error message:
There are no visible products on the image -- nothing to select for install
The installation utility and a product file downloaded from either the BMC ftp or download sites are not in the same directory.
Make sure that the installation utility and product files reside in the same directory before you extract the files and start the installation.
You may be installing a component, such as a patch, that is designed for another operating system.
Verify the system requirements for the products and components that you are installing as specified in the product documentation (release notes, technical bulletins, getting started guides, and so forth).
