Setting up and going live

BMC has consolidated all Service Management products on a single application environment that combines capabilities of Action Request System and BMC Helix Innovation Studio. This allows you to simplify your deployment architecture significantly and considerably reduce operational costs.

BMC Helix Innovation Studio simplifies administration, provides new development capabilities, improves the ability to interoperate between applications, and reduces operational costs.
