Processing and managing cases

This section describes how HR agents can process and manage cases opened in BMC HR Case Management.

HR agents can work on open cases in the Cases console on BMC HR Case Management home page.

Cases console

On the Cases console, you can perform the following tasks:

  • Create cases
  • View details of cases
  • Modify cases
  • Assign and reassign cases
  • Add entries to case journals
  • Manage the cases watchlist
  • Perform tasks related to case search
  • Set preferences for case search results list
