Review Audit records
Review audit records for all the events performed by the users. View and customize the audit record in the BMC Helix Portal Audit dashboard under the Marketplace content folder of BMC Helix Dashboards. Also, update the retention period and search the audit records via the API endpoints /audit_policies and /audit_records/search. For more information, see Viewing audit records and Audit endpoints.
Email notification
In addition to in-app notification, BMC Helix Portal provides email notification for access key expiry. The notification helps you take appropriate actions before the access key expires. For more information, see Common services.
Enhancements to notification profiles
Customize a notification profile by specifying the recipients who should receive the notifications. For more information, see Managing notification profiles.
