Editing metric styles for an analysis

The Metrics Style tab enables you to configure how selected metrics are displayed in the graph.

This tab is available only in the Advanced mode.

The following video (3:10) illustrates the process of creating multi-metric charts with two Y-axes.

To edit metric styles for an analysis

  1. Navigate to Workspace > Domains, Services & Applications > Domain > Works.
  2. Click on an analysis you want to modify. The analysis details page is displayed on the right.
  3. Click Edit. The Edit analysis page is displayed.
  4. Expand the Metrics Style tab and edit the properties listed in the following table.

    Property

    Description

    Type

    Specify how data should be represented. The available options are:

    • Default
    • Line
    • Stepped Line
    • Area
    • Bar

    Color

    Select the color from the color picker tool to use for plotting your data. The corresponding text box displays the HTML code for the selected color. You can also add your own color code.

    On axis

    Select the axis on which the metric scale should be displayed. This option is available only if you select the Select metrics option for the Right axis parameter in the Editing chart options for an analysis.
