Idle Virtual Machines page in the Azure Virtual Machines view

The Idle Virtual Machines page in the Azure Virtual Machines view provides an overview of all idle VMs. The information can help you to reclaim unused resources.

The Idle Virtual Machines table displays the idle VMs based on the criteria that you can configure in the Virtual Machines Settings page, that is, VMs using less than the specified amount of CPU within the specified number of days.

To access this page, in the Views tab, select Capacity > Views > Cloud > Azure > Azure Virtual Machines and click the Idle Virtual Machines tab.

Azure Idle Virtual Machines table

The Idle Virtual Machines table lists the following information for each idle VM. You can sort columns in tables alphabetically, or by size. For more information, see Managing charts and tables in Views.
