This task describes how to view WPAR filesystems.

To View the Filesystems Belonging to a WPAR

  1. Access the WPAR instances under the FILESYSTEM application class so that you can view its parameters.
  2. Open the following parameters that track the information about the WPAR filesystems:

Parameter

Description

FSAvailableSpace

Displays the amount of available space for the WPAR filesystem instance This parameter is critical on the root volume.

FSAvailableSpaceMB

Displays the amount of available space in megabytes for the WPAR filesystem instance This parameter is critical on the root volume.

FSCapacity

Displays the percentage of filesystem storage that is currently in use by the WPAR filesystem instance

FSFreeInodes

Displays the number of i-nodes available for a WPAR filesystem instance

FSFreeInodesK

Displays the number of free i-nodes available in units of thousands for a WPAR filesystem instance

FSMountStatus

Displays the mount status of the WPAR filesystem instance

FSInodeUsedPercent

Displays the percentage of i-nodes that has been used by the WPAR filesystem instance This parameter applies to local filesystems only, not NFS.

FSUsedSpace

Displays the amount of used space for the WPAR filesystem instance

FSUsedSpaceMB

Displays the amount of used space in megabytes for the WPAR filesystem instance

BMC PATROL displays a graph that shows the requested information over time.
