Listing SNMP Configuration Information
This task describes how to display your BMC PATROL SNMP system configuration information. The command lists
- The BMC PATROL SNMP variables and their values stored in the BMC PATROL Agent configuration database
- The status of the SNMPStart parameter
- The status of the snmpmagt Query Port
- The status of the snmpmagt process
- The status of the SNMP subagent
- The contents of the configuration file, snmpmagt.cfg

To View Configuration Information
- Access the SNMPHealth application menu as described in Accessing KM Commands and InfoBoxes.
- Select SNMP Configuration > List Configuration Information.
BMC PATROL writes the information to a BMC PATROL task object (List Configuration Information) in the UNIX OS container. - Access the List Configuration Information task object as described in Accessing KM Commands and InfoBoxes and view the results. Your results should resemble this example:

To Save Configuration Information to an ASCII File
Perform step 1 through step 3 in To View Configuration Information, and then perform the following steps:
- Select File > Save As.
BMC PATROL displays the Save Script File dialog box. - Enter the file name and location where you want to save this information.
- Click OK.
BMC PATROL writes the configuration information to the designated file and location. For additional information about specific configuration settings, see the PATROL Agent Online Documentation.
