The updates you make in the VMware vCloud Director UI may not reflect in the operator console for one of the two reasons:

Child Server is down

If you delete any construct in the vCloud Director UI during the time that the Child Server is down, Infrastructure Management removes the construct from the operator console only during the time of the cleanup task.

The cleanup task is a periodic task that you can configure in the VcloudDifferenceCalculation.xml file. This file is present in the installationDirectory\pw\custom\conf\pronet.conf directory. This task runs every 24 hours by default.

RabbitMQ is down

If you update the vCloud Director UI during the time that RabbitMQ is down, the updates are synchronized in Infrastructure Management only during the time of the missed notification task.

The missed notification task is a periodic task that you can configure in the vcloudadapter.xml file. This file is present in the installationDirectory\pw\custom\conf\pronet.conf directory. This task runs every 2 hours by default.
