During installation, the installation log files are saved in the following locations:
- (UNIX) tsim_server_install_log.txt and TrueSight_server_install.log are saved in the /tmp or the /var/tmp folder depending on the operating system's temp folder settings.
- (Windows) tsim_server_install_log.txt and TrueSight_server_install.log can be located in the %temp% folder.
After installation, the log files are copied to the installationDirectory/pw/pronto/logs folder.
