The following Infrastructure Management processes are not running: dbsrv

  • httpd
  • snmpdc
  • clserver
  • pronet_agent
  • tunnelproxy
  • pronet_cntl
  • eventserver
  • rate
  • mcell

Verify if processes are running using the pw system status command.
Restart individual processes with the pw process start <process_name> command. If many processes are not running, try starting Infrastructure Management using the pw system start command. If you cannot resolve the issue, contact Customer Support. See Before contacting BMC.

This is below the default recommended amount for running Infrastructure Management.

Please contact the appropriate administrator to increase the swap space or to watch this resource.

To change the threshold for this email, edit the
installationDirectory/pw/etc/hosts/swap_thresh file and change the threshold.

BMC recommends a minimum of 20% of the total system swap space to be free. Clear or add swap space to maintain the free swap space within threshold limits.
