If the FlashCheck feature times out, you can set a longer FlashCheck timeout, by performing the following steps:
- Locate the pronet.conf file, typically found on the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server, in the <installationDirectory>\pw\pronto\conf directory.
- Find the line with the
pronet.apps.demandpoll.timeoutproperty and set it to a new value, in milliseconds.
The default value in this line is 180000 milliseconds (3 minutes). - Save and close the file.
- Restart the BMC TrueSight Infrastructure Management Server.
