To define IP sweeping rules, modify the rules.conf file which is located on the Cloud Probe host in the <installationDirectory>/conf folder.
All Cloud Probe based products share the same configuration structure. All host and filter rules comply with the same grammar and configuration patterns.
Commands of the IP sweeping rules follow the following syntax:
IPSWRULE COMMAND <set of command parameters>
The following commands are supported:
- IPSWRULE UPDT function for Cloud Probe
- IPSWRULE DEFAULT function for Cloud Probe
- IPSWRULE DELETE function for Cloud Probe
- IPSWRULE CLEARALL function for Cloud Probe
