App Visibility Manager provides records of events in comma-separated values (CSV) files. Use these files to filter and sort events to monitor and troubleshoot your applications and the App Visibility components themselves.
Events are recorded in the following files, located on the portal computer in the portalInstallationDirectory\portal\logs\events directory:
Each entry in the CSV files has an event ID, and related entries are assigned the same ID. For example, if the status of an issue is updated or closed, you can track related activities through the same ID.
