To perform this procedure, you must have Operator-level access, or higher.
In the Real User Analyzer, point to Administration > Thresholds and problem detection, and then click Page Service Level Thresholds (Page SLTs).
- In the Page SLTs by Page Name Extraction Rule section, on the Action menu, click Edit.
- In the Metric list, select the metric for each extraction rule that you want to define a threshold for.
- In the Value boxes, type a time value for the extraction rule that you want to define a threshold for.
- (Optional) If you want the system to suggest values for the thresholds:
- In the Value column header, click Suggest.
- Select the box beside each page for which you want to add thresholds.
- For each selected page, select the Host and E2E boxes and move the slider to make the threshold more or less strict than the default value.
- Click OK to apply changes.
- (Optional) To set a page-render time threshold for the extraction rule:
- Click the Page-render time box.
- In the boxes, enter values for minutes, seconds, and milliseconds.
- To make the system suggest these values, click Suggest.
- Click OK.
- In the Page SLTs list, make sure that the thresholds are turned on.
You have specified a threshold for the page name extraction rule.
