You must request an activation key file from Customer Support.
After you receive the activation key file, save the file to an accessible folder on your machine.
Go to the installationDirectory/common directory.
Run the EuemMaintenanceTool utility and click the Configuration tab.
Enter the company name that matches the name that is in the activation key file you received from BMC Customer Support.
Run the following command by entering the activation key file location and the company name that matches the name in the activation key file. For example:
./EuemMaintenanceTool.sh -silent -config -activation -keyfile=<key file location> -company=<company name>
After you have entered the activation key information, any time limit for the key will be displayed in the the login page for the Real User Analyzer console.
