On a Solaris platform, this parameter reports a value correctly only when the kernel module, bunyip, is loaded on the system; otherwise this parameter reports the value as zero.Note
The MEMUsedBufCache parameter is not available on HP-UX and Solaris platforms in the PSL collection mode.
